This Privacy Policy describes how LUZU collects, uses, discloses and retains your personal information when you visit or purchase from luzu.ca (the “Site” or “we”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED 

In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information." We collect three types of Personal Information, listed below.

1. DEVICE INFORMATION

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device such as your web browser type, IP address, time zone and cookie information. As you continue to browse our website, information such as web page visits, product page views and any sources that lead you to our website are collected. This is referred to as "Device Information".

2. ORDER INFORMATION

"Order Information" is Personal Information that is collected when you make a purchase on our Site. This includes your name, billing and shipping address, payment information, email address and phone number (if disclosed).

    • Purpose of collection: To fulfill your Site order, communicate with you, screen orders from risk or fraud, provide you with information or advertising that is in line with your shared preferences

3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

If you contact us for customer support, we may collect Personal Information in order to help us better serve you and resolve any issues.

PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARED 

For the purposes of collection noted above, we share your Personal Information with a few third parties.

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING 

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.

We use a Facebook Pixel to track conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads and use collected data to optimize our ads by better targeting audiences that have an interest in our products.

DATA RETENTION
