Refund policy

- We currently only offer return and exchanges to products that arrive damaged or missing.

- Please read each product discriptions carefully before purchasing, as some of our products will vary in wood colouring and veining due to the nature of hand-crafted natural wood. Some mouth-blown glass products will also vary in air bubbles due to the nature of its crafting process. All of our products are made to be one of a kind, slight variations are to be expected. Note that these variations are not considered as damaged products.

- Please note that Standard Shipping charges from the original order cannot be refunded once the carrier has provided these services.

- We can only issue refunds via the original method used for payment on the order. If the original method of payment is no longer available, we would be happy to issue store credit equal to the amount of the refund.
