- While we do our utmost care in inspecting every product and carefully packing them before shipment, what happens during transit is not within our control.
- Please inspect your items upon delivery
- If your item arrives damaged, please email support@luzu.ca no later than 72 hours business days after receipt. Proof of purchase along with photos of the damaged product will be required.
- Some of our products will vary in wood colouring and veining due to the nature of hand-crafted natural wood. Mouth-blown glass products will also vary in air bubbles due to the nature of its crafting process. All of our products are made to be one of a kind, slight variations are to be expected. Note that these variations are not considered as damaged products.
- Our team will contact you to issue either a replacement or refund.
